Create account

• Visit FiatsendOne (https://app.fiatsend.network/) and register with phone
• Verify phone via OTP
• Optional: link email for recovery

MFA

• Enable 2FA: TOTP or SMS fallback
• Recovery codes—store offline

Profile & Permissions

• Profile: name, business details, contact
• Permissions: user, agent, merchant, admin (see Subaccounts & Roles)

Troubleshooting login

• Lost device: revoke sessions from another device or support
• OTP not received: check carrier coverage, retry, contact support
